The Truth About Size Zero

On 7th March 2007 the above documentary was broadcast on ITV1. In it Louise demonstrated the dangers of crash dieting and in trying to follow the recent trends of the size zero models in the fashion industry.

This documentary has inspired many people to re-think their attitudes towards food and their self-image. We have received numerous messages from people asking for help and advice on eating disorders.

Beat (Formerly known as The Eating Disorders Association) are willing to take calls from people with eating disorders or requiring advice on the subject. This association has been recommended by the producers of the documentary and by Louise's management.
